I am a wife, momma, and creative with a passion to serve others who want to preserve their legacy.
I begin each session by reminding myself that I am not just taking pictures but rather creating heirlooms, documenting living legacies, and preserving history that matters.
My purpose is to help my tribe of clients slow down to notice, enjoy, capture, and invest in the very legacy they are working hard every day to create. Taking the time to create these heirlooms today will serve to elevate YOUR PURPOSE not only today, but for generations to come.

Kat Lenhardt did such an AMAZING job with our family pictures. She was SO fun, SO patient, and SO great with the kids! She spent so much time asking what I wanted, provided drinks and snacks for the kids and even brought things for them to do in between various shots. She does more than just digital photos too...she provides prints and not to mention the quick turn around to get your portraits!! I would highly recommend her!! I wish I could give more stars! What an amazing photographer and a fantastic person to work with. Our newborn session with Kat couldn't have gone better. She was very attentive to our baby's needs and was very patient! We loved that we didn't have to worry about anything, Kat took care of it all. There aren’t enough words to describe this unforgettable experience. The day of the shoot it was freezing cold. Thankfully Kat had ALL the clothing options and accessories we needed to get my sweet 7 year old nice and cozy. Kat was truly patient and comforting with her and so understanding when she wanted to bundle up in layers. But the best part is Kat’s vision. I love that she focuses on the art of capturing moments. Real life photography with both heart and soul. This mother daughter shoot was beyond anything I could’ve imagined and the pictures literally take my breath away. So many timeless pieces its hard to choose. But Kat even offers to help you design a gallery wall or help you create a space to showcase the images. She was beyond professional and I felt like I was just hanging out with my best friend. If you are looking for something different. Something more personal. Working with Kat was such a great experience! We wanted to capture some photos of my newborn son and I together to remember this precious time. Kat made everything so easy for me, that all I had to do was show up to a beautiful location and play with my baby! As a newly postpartum mom I felt confident Kat would make sure all the photos were flattering and the best possible angles. I am more than happy with the outcome. Seeing these timeless images made me tear up because I knew it would be something I could look back on as my son grows up. As someone who doesn’t know anything about posing and could feel awkward trying to do so, I was so relieved when I realized I wouldn’t have to do any of that. My son and I spent a warm spring evening walking through a field at sunset, snuggling and enjoying our scenery, and Kat did the rest. There was no pressure or stiffness whatsoever. Even at the end of our session was my baby was starting to get fussy, Kat and I used this experience to capture photos of real life motherhood! Every interaction with my baby captured an authentic moment in time, which to me is a priceless gift. I highly recommend this photographer to all the mamas, or anyone looking to create stunning images and do so through a stress free and relaxed process.
